Yee-Haw! Cowboy Birthday Cake
This may be my favorite cake so far...The cake was a chocolate vegan cake with chocolate icing. I sculpted the little cowboy hat a week in advance from gum paste, then dry brushed a darker brown on top to give it an aged leather look. The rest of the details were all made of fondant, I free handed the paisley detail on the bandanna!
Mini Mouse cake!
This cake turned out super cute! The cake itself was a vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream icing. The bow and ears were made from gumpaste to hold their shape! The customer was very please with both the look and flavor of this cake :)
Sniper Rifle
This cake was created for an 11 year old boy's birthday. The cake was a yellow butter cake with chocolate icing. The gun and dirt mound were made from gum paste, and the camo details were made from fondant.

Thomas the Train
This cake was made for a 3 year old named Kade! He loves Thomas and Friends so sculpted Thomas from rice krispies, then covered him in fondant! I made his face from a mixture of gumpaste and fondant.
Hot Momma!
Cute hot pink and zebra baby shower cake! I sculpted the pregnant belly from rice krispies, and sat it atop a chocolate cake and chocolate icing (I am seeing a trend with all of this chocolate....hmm...) Lots of fun making this one! I hope I get the chance to make another soon!
High Heels and Pearls
This cake was made for a friend of mine who loves shoes and all things girly! I surprised her with this cake for her birthday. I made the shoe from rice krispies, and covered in fondant. The pearl necklace was fondant as well. 4 layer chocolate cake with chocolate-peanut butter icing. Tasted even better that it looked!
X-BOX Controller
This cake was made just for fun one day. Its a two layer vanilla cake with butter cream icing. This cake gave me the inspiration and confidence to begin building a business! I am planning to sculpt the entire X-BOX for a friend in late September so keep checking in to see it once its posted!
Groom's cake
This was made for my younger sister's wedding. The cake itself was a chocolate cake with chocolate icing, topped with sliced strawberries in a pattern to look like a flower. Although simple, this cake was AMAZINGLY delicious and was a big hit at the wedding!
